HAM Radio recording of my voice Friday January 06 2017 on BrandMeister

The last 2 years of using Toronto CANADA BandMeister I have never had issues, recently in two weeks on the Toronto CANADA BrandMeister repeater someone is playing back my audio.  

It seems the same "MO" as the person that is recording audio on the local analog repeater VE3TWR and playing it back the same way.

The signal and the RSSI changed ..... when the recording was played back ..... (SEE PICTURE)

VE3TWR is off the air again March 2016 TFMCS Toronto FM Communications Society

twr repeater has been DOWN shut off the air for the last two weeks March 2016, off February 2016 and off the air end of MARCH 2016. the incompetence of the leaders is disappointing.
